What we're looking for

A can-do attitude — you figure things out instead of waiting for instructions
Comfortable with any tech stack, or eager to pick one up fast
Passion for building real products, not just following tutorials
IT experience is a bonus, not a requirement
Curiosity and ownership matter more to us than credentials
